Spicy Beef And Noodle Salad

Serves 4


  • 2 Tbsps. oil
  • 300g rump steak
  • 2 tbsps. MAGGI Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 2/3 cup French dressing
  • 1 tbsp. chopped basil or mint
  • 700g noodles, preboiled, drained thoroughly & cooled
  • 1 medium green capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas, halved
  • 1 small packet, cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced


  1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium high heat. Add steak, cook for 3 - 5 minutes each side. Remove; cover with foil and set aside for another 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  2. Combine MAGGI Chilli Garlic Sauce, dressing and basil in a small bowl or jug. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, Place steak, dressing, capsicum, snow peas, tomatoes and cucumber; toss thoroughly to combine. Serve immediately.
