Prosciutto, Feta And Nectarine Salad

Serves 4


  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 large handful of watercress
  • 2 nectarines, Halved, Stones Removed, Cut into Wedges
  • 100gm prosciutto, thin slices
  • 150gm feta, crumbled
  • 100gm Rocket Leaves (arugula)
  • 25g walnuts, toasted


  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsps. Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsps. MAGGI Arome Liquid seasoning


  1. In a small bowl, place olive oil, add balsamic vinegar and MAGGI Arome liquid seasoning; whisk to combine, set aside.
  2. Arrange rocket over serving platter, top with prosciutto, nectarines, feta and top with the toasted walnuts. Drizzle with the dressing; serve immediately.
