Mozzarella And Tomato Salad

Serves 4


  • 3 large Ripened Tomatoes, Sliced Thickly
  • 200g Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced Thickly
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 4 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. MAGGI Arome Liquid Seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices overlapping on a serving platter. Arrange casually the basil leaves over.
  2. Mix MAGGI Arome and Olive Oil. Drizzle on the salad.
