Equatorial Pork Salad

Ingredients

  • 250g pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Oil
  • 1/4 cup MAGGI Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsps. MAGGI Oyster Flavoured Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tomato, cut into cubes
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 small carrot, cut into strips

Preparation

  1. Heat a grill on medium high. Grease grill plate with oil; cook pork until just cooked, about 3 minutes each side.
  2. Combine MAGGI Chilli Garlic Sauce, MAGGI Oyster Flavoured Sauce and lemon juice. Pour over combined pork, tomato, cucumber, green onion, coriander and carrot; mix well.
