Muesli fruit slices

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Baking time: 30 minutes

Makes: 12 bars


  1. 250ml (1 cup) desiccated coconut
  2. 250ml (1 cup) rolled oats
  3. 125ml (½ cup) raisins
  4. 60ml (¼ cup) glace cherries
  5. 60ml (¼ cup) flaked almonds
  6. 1 can (385g) Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a lamington pan with foil and grease lightly.
  3. Sprinkle coconut into pan, then oats, raisins, cherries and almonds.
  4. Pour Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool and lift out of the pan, using the foil to help you.
  7. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
