Delicious Home-made Jelly

Serves : 4

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500ml) low sugar fruit juice
  • 2 tsp gelatin
  • 1 cup (150g) of your favourite fruit

Preparation

  • Place ½ cup (125ml) fruit juice in a small saucepan; bring to boil, remove from heat add gelatin, whisk until dissolved.
  • Pour into a bowl or mould with rest of juice and fruit.
  • Place in the refrigerator and chill until set. (approximately 4 hours or preferably overnight)
