The first International Hospitality Seminar for Africa and Asia hosted by Limmat Foundation is on-going this week. Nestlé Pro Gastronomia supported by the nutrition expertise of Nestlé Professional has partnered with the Limmat Foundation to organize this seminar and host participants from Hospitality Institutes from across Africa, Philippines and India.
The seminar runs from 9th to 13th September and is being held at Strathmore University, Nairobi, Kenya. The theme of the workshop is Nutrition and Leadership in the Hospitality Industry. It is a unique seminar for Nestlé Pro Gastronomia and Nestlé Professional to impart knowledge on nutrition management and for the participants to network and share ideas and best practices in nutrition and leadership.
